¿Qué tiene que ver el primero y el último plano de una película? Muchísimo, especialmente cuando el monaje se ha pulido y trabajado al máximo. Un plano inaugura el discurso, el otro lo cierra o, a veces, lo vuelve a abrir para dejarnos una rica plática en la mesa.
Para comprobarlo Jacob T. Swinney realizó este video: First and Final Frames en el que vemos del lado izquierdo de la pantalla al cuadro inicial de una película emblemática y del lado derecho el plano con el que se clausura el discurso.
